What types of positions do you offer?

We offer permanent cases, fill-ins, and part-time positions. We will work around your schedule as much as possible to help you succeed.
Is a COVID vaccine required for employment?

No.
How often will I be paid?

Caregivers are paid weekly via paper check that will be mailed to the address you provide or via direct deposit into the bank account number you provide. If you work 40 hours from Sunday 12 am to Saturday 11:59 pm you will be paid the following week on Friday for that week of work.
How much can I make?

Hourly pay varies from $13 per hour to over $17 per hour depending on the type of work, over time, and other factors. Actual pay rate will be determined with your Case Manager and the Red Lion Accounting team.
Are there benefits?

Yes, after three months of full-time employment in good standing you are eligible to receive benefits, including access to healthcare, 401K, and referral bonus program. Ask your Case Manager for further details.
